Very nice work! The only downside is that you used percisely the same joke over and over again ("can YOU ...?"). You could have found more ways to parody children's videos. It would have been more interesting (and funnier).

If this becomes a short with animation in the style of the credits graphics, including some decent humor, I think it can be very cool. I'm rating low just because it doesn't have any content (except for a few graphics), and high to convey my anticipation.
